This page does not publish a unified social credit code or business-licence number. The canonical Chinese URL /privacy-policy/ is unchanged for search and old links.
2. What this website processes
- Contact form /api/contact: name, email, phone, company, interest and request that you type in, so we can reply.
- Materials /api/materials: a file id and a download counter. No form is required.
- Access logs: IP, user agent, path and time, for security and debugging.
- Language preference: bgssai.locale (zh / en) in browser localStorage. The server does not build a profile from that key.
- This site does not offer sign-in, so it does not create a password or an account-deletion button here.
3. Retention
Unless a law says otherwise, we keep information only as long as needed for the purpose. Exact day counts have not been fixed by counsel and remain 需法务审阅.
Enquiries stay in the website database so operations can reply and follow up. After an identity-checked deletion request, we stop processing except where law requires a residual record.
Materials counters are aggregate counts and do not store your name or email.
Access logs rotate as part of ordinary operations. They are not a public archive.
Language preference and the optional first-visit notice live only in your browser. Clearing site data removes them.
4. Rights and how to use them
You may ask to access, copy, correct, complete or delete enquiry information about you, ask us to explain these rules, or ask us to stop follow-up on a submitted enquiry.
Withdrawing consent: this site has no login. You can stop submitting forms, block cookies or scripts, or email us to stop processing information you already sent.
Account deletion: this website has no user account, so there is no unregister path here. Product consoles publish their own paths.
How: email marketing@bgssai.com with the request type, the approximate time of submission and the contact details you used. We will verify identity and will not add pointless hurdles.
5. Deletion
You may request deletion when the purpose is finished, you withdraw consent, the retention period ends, or we processed information unlawfully.
If a legal retention period has not ended, or deletion is technically hard, we stop processing except storage and necessary security measures.
A deletion request here does not automatically erase a message that already reached a mailbox or a record inside Chat or another product. Ask those systems separately.
6. AI / input logging for BGSSAI
This website does not host chat. It does not send the contact form to a model and it does not log Chat turns.
Text you type in an enquiry is stored as a business record and may be read by a person. Do not paste passwords, secrets, ID numbers or other people’s data.
BGSSAI Chat, Tokenhub and product AI features may log prompts, completions, tool calls and usage for safety, billing, abuse detection and quality. Whether they log, and for how long, is stated by that product — not by this page.
Clicking Open chat only sends the browser to chat.bgssai.com / chat-cn.bgssai.com. It is not this site forwarding the contact form.
Products and external users call models through Tokenhub credentials. Those call logs are not collected by this introduction site.
7. Sharing, cookies and cross-border transfers
Possible recipients are on the third-party sharing list. Listing a name does not mean the channel is live.
A first-visit notice on this marketing site is optional and does not block reading. Footer and /legal links stay visible. Access logs are needed to run the site. Admin-enabled analytics or ad pixels run only when switched on.
Providing personal information to an overseas recipient happens only if that channel is actually configured, and should be disclosed separately. This page does not claim a completed cross-border assessment.
8. What we do not do on this site
- We do not sell personal information from this website.
- Enquiries are not copied into Chat or other product accounts by default.
- This site does not ask for camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or the photo library.
- This page does not claim a specific international certification unless we publish a verifiable statement elsewhere.
